Two discounted packages are available.

Silver:

• Use of all the studio facilities from 9am to 5:00pm
• Event added to PurplePort events list
• Event posted on Instagram page
• Redtree events web page updated with your event details and where / who to contact
• You deal with enquiries and booking fees etc. *
• Event sent to Redtree’s newsletter subscribers
• Your photographers still get the usual help / support / refreshments

Gold:

• As Silver, plus:
• Use of all the studio facilities extended to 6:30pm
• Event flyer created and posted regularly on PurplePort
• Flyer posted on Redtree Instagram and Facebook pages
• Web page created for your event to take bookings and payments on your behalf *

*Credit card fees will be deducted if used by the photographer when booking. You will receive a single payment from us via bank transfer at the end of your event.

By booking, you agree to the following conditions:

• Maximum of 2 hours per photographer
• Only 1 person / photographer per model in attendance during a session unless a pre agreed helper is required
• Cannot be used for commercial shoots
• Payment to studio in advance once date is confirmed, cancellable with full refund (on Silver packages) up to 14 days before event
• A £25 admin fee will be deducted from refunds on Gold packages that are cancelled up to 14 days before the event 
• Only six days per year can be booked using this method
• We cannot guarantee any sales
