Terms and Conditions: Studio Hire

Payments, cancellations and refunds:

  1. All bookings must be paid for in advance in order to confirm your session. If the booking request is not paid for within 24 hours of your start time, the booking will be deemed cancelled and your session will not go ahead.
  2. After payment is received, you can cancel it at any time up to 24 hours before the start time to receive a full refund.
  3. You can move your booking to another available date/time up to 24 hours before the original start time.

Studio Time:

  1. Your booking is for time in the studio and includes use of the equipment, wi-fi and refreshments.
  2. Please include time in your booking for setting up and closing down as we will need the studio clear for the next session.
  3. Please ensure everyone involved in your booking arrives on time as we cannot guarantee an extension if you do not finish on time.
  4. Please note that the studio will not be ready before your booked time, so if you arrive early you may have to wait outside.

People and Animals:

  1. Animals are not allowed in the studio at anytime. Please ensure everyone attending your session is made aware of this.
  2. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings for baby shoots.
  3. Children attending the shoot must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and must be supervised at all times. The studio is not a child friendly environment and all damages must be paid for. We cannot be held responsible for any injuries incurred to children. Please ensure everyone attending your session is made aware of this.
